Thanks for sharing this! I was just talking about it today at a Successful Meetings magazine event. The hospitality industry spends more than $54 billion on F&B annually, which gives us the opportunity, but also an obligation to help change the health of our nation. Serving healthier foods at events not only improves productivity at the events themselves, but also back in the office, with the event take-a-ways.
