Associations are good at talking about and choosing change but equially imporant are the plans we develop bring others along with the change. Wise leaders are turning to neuroscience and cognitive psychology to break through our natural “guardians of change.” One helpful tool could be what’s called the ACE plan, a three-step approach to make transition management stick. In addition, you’ll learn why our brains resist change and how to design strategies that make our thinking caps more receptive.
