David has more than 20 years of experience leading service delivery teams for some of our industry’s most innovative events. From 2001 to 2018, David led the Registration, Housing and Customer Service teams for Experient/Maritz. In 2018, he joined the leadership team at eventcore providing custom registration for corporate meetings and events. David further developed his expertise in event technology, system integrations and technical project management to provide best-in-class solutions for digital and in-person events.
As a leader, David has worked with many cross-functional team members to develop performance indicators used to improve operations, increase margins, and motivate team members. He has also developed operational standards to meet the security and compliance standards required for PCI and ISO certifications. David will use his experience to help our clients improve their business models, pricing and overall performance goals!
