    In my opinion not enough orgs do community management or community engagement or do it well, surrounding conferences or otherwise. There’s tremendous potential here.

      Yes, there is tremendous potential with community management! Organizers need to see the conference within an ecosystem of customer touch points and community instead of a one-time occurrence with a definite beginning and end. That will help some…we have a long way to go. Thanks for reading and commenting too.
