In my opinion not enough orgs do community management or community engagement or do it well, surrounding conferences or otherwise. There’s tremendous potential here.
‘@Jay Yes, there is tremendous potential with community management! Organizers need to see the conference within an ecosystem of customer touch points and community instead of a one-time occurrence with a definite beginning and end.
